No, there is a 6-month onboarding period before you can access the excess discount. However, you can upgrade to a Full 5-Year Membership anytime for $299.95 if an accident occurs before the 6 months are up.

As a member of Collision Concierge, you are entitled to complimentary pick-up and drop-off service within a 200 km radius of Melbourne CBD.

We can still assist you outside the 200km radius, but there may be an additional fee. Contact us to discuss the best way to manage your repairs.
