Our process for members

Once you are onboard as a Collision Concierge Network Member and you have added us as an Authorised Representative on your insurance policy with your insurer our process is very simple.

When your involved in an accident you make us the first point of contact. We will then arrange everything for you from there.

You simply

  1. Log onto your members area on our website using your username and password
  2. Fill in a simple drop down box marked “I had an accident”
  3. Provide all the details of your accident
  4. Load up any photos from scene of the accident (if you take them)
  5. Hit send!

And we take care of the rest!
